206 gti instrument panel modification

1. I want to change the orange colored leds. Do you have a printed circuit diagram in the hand, where are the leds of the instrument panel and where can I get these leds.

I must say for 1 no need for a printed circuit diagram. I did not look inside, but if there is a led, smd is led, you should remove them with fine workmanship and replace them with white and there should be half dark transparent orange paper on the back of the dial. To distribute light properly, you should put the white of the same material.

Do you want the intent of the circuit directly from the sky or do you want the location of the leds on a picture? Not as much as you would like, but there is little information on the wall.
