Would 206 steering hose repair?

Hello friends,

In my 206 car (gasoline) the steering upper hose is cracked from the floor facing the exhaust manifold and opened outwards. There is no oil leak yet, but I want to have it done without risk. I marked the crack in the picture. I could not find a new piece of this piece on the net. Unfortunately, similar models cost around 350 lira. Is this hose repaired, or is there an outlet that I can find in Istanbul or Gebze?

price not reasonable but if the steering wheel is not a joke, my teacher may even cause an accident if God forbid it burst from there.
