Hi guys, I've been using the pejo 207 for about 8 months, I'm very happy with my car, but I've been having an electrical problem for 2 days. When the vehicle is parked, it turns on the headlights by itself and activates the wipers, not when the door is opened or the car starts. The bsm box was changed, we used a previously released bsm, could this be the reason? Or could it be a short circuit? >

If they're going to wipe it, the motor needs to go down :D Joking aside, it would be easy to replace the fuse box for the wipers. Open the fuse box and slowly remove the fuse of the wipers, see if the problem will continue or not. Maybe his insurance is broken.

When I search the net, the fuse numbers for the wipers are as follows,

< t ="row-"="">
F12 30 a< /span> Low / high speed windshield wipers.
F3 10 A Front and rear wipers.

There is also a fuse box inside when you open the cover under the steering wheel in the front.< /div>

Does it do it when you turn the ignition halfway, that is, when you give power to the vehicle, or even when the key is not inserted?

I had exactly the same problem. How did you find the solution?

I use a 2012 C4 and it's the same parts as the 308. Last year the fuse box cover wasn't fully closed and water got in. The wipers started coming on by themselves, the fault lights started turning on, the signals and cruise control stopped working, and it started giving different faults. The electronics technician checked and installed a used fuse box and everything went back to normal. 6 months later, the same faults happened again and he said the box was installed because of it. A few days later, the same fault happened again and I left the car alone for 2 weeks and they didn't even look at it properly and said it was the same box and they installed a different fuse box. This time it said engine failure and the service light was on. I got angry and went and bought a new one with the code on the registration document and installed it myself. Then the wipers didn't work and the fog lights didn't work and it still said engine failure and the service light was on. My mechanic said it needed coding for a new fuse box. Since the authorized service center doesn't sell the parts themselves, they want 1.5 times the price of the part just for the coding and say they won't give a warranty if something happens to the car. The electronics technicians say they won't do this or that. Nobody knows anything and they use it as a test bed. I've spent 16,000 TL so far and haven't found a solution and I've been without a car for 3 weeks. If anyone knows the solution, please share it. Yesterday, even though there was a new fuse box, the headlights turned on by themselves. I'm going crazy again.
