Wiper water comes after wiping |

When I pull out the squirt arm of my 307 wiper, the wiper works, after the 2nd round, the water starts to flow, and the water does not go up to the top, is it normal?

Obviously the sprinkler heads are blocked, try cleaning with a needle. They usually calcify.

Have the wiper motor checked along with the wiper nozzles. It is not normal for water to flow after the second round.
