windshield wiper nozzle

Hi, I haven't been using my car for a few days and when I used it today, the windshield wiper water motor of my vehicle did not work, I checked the sprinkler motor, it works, I inserted the electronic card in the steering wheel, I cleaned it, but when I want to wipe the glass with water, the erasers work, but there is no electricity on the line to the sprinkler motor, check all the fuses under the hood and inside. I noticed there is no waste fuse, but there is no electricity to the water motor, what is the reason?

There is no place I do not look, it works when connected to 12 volts external to the engine, but there is no electricity in the transformer and there is no waste fuse, I started to suspect the electric card in the steering wheel.
