why zero engine throws black smoke

hi everyone. Even though the engine has been built, the black engine blows black smoke. Soon after the engine was built, the injection made problems and instead of spraying the fuel, it washed the inside of the engine. Although it has been replaced with the new original, the vehicle still cannot hold the idle and stops.
