Why does the fog lamp make steam

most likely it makes air through the hole opened while wearing xenon. experienced friends writes :)

The back cover I cut the plastic plug of the xenon bulb to the cut place or I passed it to the place I cut

I think you can reinforce the places that are likely to take water with mastic silicone after disassembling and clean and reassemble.
