Why do you think the central lock will not work

Friends' imobilezer of my vehicle crashed, then the new chip was coded but after that process the central system started to work from the control. It does not lock and unlock, but when it presses the button on the console from inside, it locks completely, what could be the problem.

It should be connected to Peugeot planet program and it should be looked into auto lock feature may be turned off
