Whistling Sound Coming From Turbo

Hello everyone, I own a 2011 308. Yesterday I was driving down the road and suddenly I wanted to accelerate hard. When I pressed the gas pedal, I heard a clicking sound. Then, when I pressed the gas pedal after it stopped pulling, I heard a whistling sound. I think it's probably the turbo hoses. I'll take it to Şaşmaz tomorrow to have it looked at, but I wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced the same thing.

The same sound was coming from the turbo. The noise from the turbo had increased. I had the turbo revised, but later I learned that it was chronic. All kinds of whistling sounds were coming from the beginning.
