Which oil to choose in the gasoline vehicle

hello friends for about 2 and a half years & nbsp; I have 307 lpg. I have used 5/30 mobil 1 oil since I bought the vehicle. However, recently, if I say whether it is a slight rattle or not, it sounds like it is coming from the engine of the car. I did not understand the reason, but if I returned to 10/40 oil again, could it be from the oil preference, and my car leaking oil, would the 10/40 oil leak decrease?

In the 2003 models, the first 10-40 oils are used, and since they are 5-40 more fluid oil, they prefer 5-40.
