Do not be surprised by the factory recommendation unless there is excessive oil reduction (burning) in the engine. The most ideal (min warming, optimum fuel consumption etc.) is the factory's suggestion as a result of long tests and calculations. The room is 10w40 as you know.

If the budget is sufficient in cases such as burning fat, the engine should be repaired first.
If there is no possibility, the oil is thickened.
