5w 30 oil would be fine. I used the same engine for long kilometers. My recommendation would be Shell, Liqui Moly and Mobil, respectively. Castrol has always been advertising to me.

I pass motul 5-30 8100 x-cleanefe alone. I'm always number 1 in unbiased flow tests on youtube.

I do not recommend castrol, sir. It is suitable for 5w30 vehicle. I I recommend Liqui Moly - motul and mobile.
