When you give the right signal, the parks are burning

When I give the right turn signal while driving in my 307 vehicle, the parking light turns on, when I turn the right signal again, the fog lights turn on, this does not happen when I turn the parking light on the handle.

Are they flashing or staying on with the signal?

Generally, this problem is caused by the headlight signal arm.
