When should the timing belt be replaced?

Hello, I have a Peugeot 307 1.4hdi Xr. I bought the car in June 2021 at 220.xxx km. I also changed the timing belt and water pump when I bought it. My car currently has 276xxx km. Is the timing belt lifespan over? If it hasn't, at what mileage or date should I have it checked? As you know, the prices are extremely high. If it still has its lifespan, there is no problem. When I bought it, the engine was completely rebuilt after 2-3 thousand km due to overheating. I don't remember exactly what was changed since I lost the paperwork of the work done, but I spent close to the price of a brand new engine at that time. I'm sure the injectors were changed. In light of this information, my second question is: Could my injectors be clogged? When I drive, it makes a stylish, stylish sound like birdsong like a Dodge AS250 (my father has that sound because I know it). It cuts off at 3,000 rpm. Could this sound be injector rattling? I asked several engine technicians, even an electrician, how the engine sounds, and they all said it's very nice and has a nice engine. But it's not like the first time I had it done, it sounds louder and more noisy. Thank you in advance.
