I use 2 different products for the process, the first one is Meguiras's rim cleaning spray i use this every time. The second is the intensive rim cleaner of sonax, you have to be careful when using this product, it contains more solvent than a normal rim cleaning fluid, so it damages the paint frequently. For deep-scratched wheels, it is not recommended anyway.
