What do tire sizes indicate in cars? How does it affect car driving? How to find the tire rolling circumference?

There are dimensions like 205/55/14 on your tires. The first figure here, 205, is the width of the tread in mm. So the tire is 205 mm. The second writer 55 gives the length of the sidewall, that is, the side of the tire. But it does not give the measure directly. Here, 55% of 205 mm is thick. 14 gives the rim diameter in inches. In order to calculate the perimeter of the tire, we multiply 205.75%, which is 205% by 2. Makes 225.5 mm. This makes 22.55 cm. We multiply 14 by 2.54. Makes 35.56 cm. We add 35.56 to 22.5i. Makes 58.06 cm. Finally, if we multiply this result by 3.1415, we will find the rolling circumference of 182.3 cm.

The wider the tire tread, the better the vehicle travels. Brakes well. It is late. It gets so much sound. It consumes more fuel. The wide base tire becomes more expensive. If the tire sidewall is thick, vehicle comfort increases. It gets less sound. It improves brake performance, albeit a little. (Because it will scatter ABS waves.) It has a bad effect on road holding. The vehicle lies more in corners.
