What is the name of this plastic piece? - 206

What is the name of this plastic piece? how do i find it? anyone who knows is not a part that I need but I want to put it on and wear it if my hair is completely affordable.

I see it for the first time, I think it does not look like a necessary piece, maybe there is a drain hole in the bottom and a leaf etc. It may have been put in certain series to prevent it from entering and blocking in Europe, but I do not think that such a vehicle has ever come to us.

Yes, it is not necessary, but as I said, I like my hair looks tidy. My friend had the 2003 automatic XT. Then when I saw this picture on the internet (from the owner), I said I'll buy it if it is suitable.
