As if it was attached later, my teacher just seems to have a chassis connection. Cable is going from this piece to another place. It looks like an electrical relay, then an alarm or something else could be forgotten if it was stuck and dismantled.

the same piece is in my 206. So it's a standard thing, but I don't know what it is for. I guess it is a coil interference suppressor.
