What does ECO MODE mean?

When the contact is on, if the tape is working, after 15 minutes, a text like eco mode appears on the tape display and the tape is switched off. I wonder if the battery is weak.

Is it normal for this mode to go in as short as 15-20 minutes? Or does my battery pass like this because it is weak

15 20 min short, 2 minutes at 207, when the maximum radio is turned on, it turns off twice, it switches to eco mode and the world's most unnecessary thing, the radio draws 10th of the headlight, but eco mode for the headlights deserves.
