Vuv sound from the steering wheel

Friends today I accidentally left the headlights on and the battery is dead. We took the vehicle to a suitable place by turning on the ignition and turning the steering wheel. I have been in my vehicle for 3 years that sound has not caused any problems yet .. it comes from the steering pump ..

pump sound normal teacher control the hydraulics, ok if there is no problem .. the sound is normal .. but for me it is 30 minutes after the eco mode has to go to the vehicle and everything that is open, i need to cut it, there is an odd here.

Keeping the headlights on will not put the vehicle in ECO mode. It may be thought to be sting, but my 2003 model 307 SW has the same situation. Probably different in newer models.
