Vibration on partner Tepee right and left turns

Hello. I washed my 2012 partner Tepee vehicle at a pressure car wash. I also watered the tires and hoods. Then, while the car was drying on the gravel, my child turned the steering wheel 1-2 times while the vehicle was inoperable.
