Ventilation grille

Hello friends. The inside of the air conditioner grille is filled with a brown spongy structure. It is as if that structure is scattered inside and it has come up there. It is just the left grid. I hurt a little fan and took out some of it, but the big pieces still appear there. I tried to disassemble the grill but failed. How can I disassemble it?
