Vehicle Does Not Eat Gas (SOLVED)

My Peugeot 307 1.4 HDI car is not eating gas nowadays. The tachometer does not exceed 20. There is no problem when the vehicle starts first. It starts kicking and trembling after 3-4 minutes.
