Valve cover gasket mismatch - 306

Since

was leaking, I just wanted to buy it and install it. As I tightened the gasket, I saw that the gasket did not close the lid and opened like a pumpkin. first I thought the cover was crooked, I made the gasket front and back, this time it opened from the front. the opened place is full of oil and leaking again. I have never experienced such a thing, is this gasket faulty?

It is sold for 140 TL on the net, I bought it for 15 TL. Should I buy the 140 TL one and try it or if I buy a liquid gasket and apply it, will it be ok ?

The nut on the left is broken, should we put a flake under it or buy a new one from the industry? It is a very easy task but it is boring.
