Friends, I have 2001 XR automatic 1.4, I took my vehicle's V-belt to be replaced by the master(!). He said it didn't sit because it was wrapped and it broke, and I noticed it when I was taking the piece to have it welded and I didn't allow welding to the broken piece. I have two questions; first, is this part a breakable piece, is the hub wrapping conversation correct or is it my master's fault. Secondly, is there a single bearing or two in the V-belt? I will take a photo of the broken part. Please I am waiting for your valuable answers, thank you in advance .

Definitely master fault bro. As it is called, the bolt on the tension bar is reversed in the direction it presses with a star mouth or a socket and the belt can be changed easily.
With such a hammer and crowbar, this job is butchery.

Thank you. Thank you. We solved the problem, we found a date and we closed the account.

Are there 2 bearings in the V-belt, do you have any information?

Get well soon. Even though the v-belt changes with air conditioning and without air conditioning, the tension is the same, but there is no need to remove the tensioner in order to remove the belt in both. There are a number of bearings, one of which is fixed and the other one is in such a way that it presses on the belt like the one you have broken.
Since the tensioner and the place where it connects are aluminum, it is a material that can easily break in simple faults due to wear and tear. The expensive thing here is the tensioner's body. The bearing can also be changed. The tensioner body is changed in place without being completely disassembled.
A 3/8 socket is placed on the square section of the tensioner and a pin is placed to keep the tensioner fixed after the belt is pressed and stretched against the stretched part of the belt.
At this time in case of breaking If he tries to turn the tensioner in the opposite direction here, the tensioner may break because there will be no stretching.
Again, torque moment If the material is not torqued with the wrench, the bolt can break and lick the aluminum very easily since the material is aluminum. Here you have the problem in the tensioner. So we can eliminate this option.
There are two options left. Either the tensioner is really defective. it is inevitable that it will make a sound).

sir, I was going to change the steering wheel dust bellows. They said that the steering box will be removed for this in the 306, but it didn't make much sense, is that right? they remove the tie rod end you see in general and take the bellows.

Hi, unfortunately I have never disassembled and reassembled the 306 before, so I have never encountered the system of the 306.
Yes, what you say is correct, the tie rod end is removed and the bellows are installed, but the thick part of the bellows is the part that goes into the steering box body, not the thin part. Since it is not possible to attach a clamp to this part due to neither the arm nor the hand in the vehicle, they have to shake the crossmember slightly and install it, or they remove the steering box and install the bellows.
