The control unit is manual or digital. If it is manual, look at the heater resistance, fuse and button conductor nails. If it works but does not heat, check if the thermostat and the temperature level knob function. If it is digital, unfortunately I have no other advice than insurance control. Open the compartment underneath the steering wheel to the right side, behind the heating buttons, two cables, 3 and 4, go to the bottom and try to move them lightly and let the cables run as soon as the heater is running.

Is the climate control unit digital or analog? If digitalse was not working, was the dot sign flashing next to the degree?
