turbo heat shield

Hello friends, I will take the 1500 km long road in the near future, my car pejo 307 1.4 240.000 km, I have been using the turbo heat shield in the city for 2 years. I will travel 1500 km, there will be any problems, I would be glad if you help our experienced friends.

The vehicle is overheating in the city. If you are not going to step a long way, I think it will not be a problem.

Ha 20 Neither the turbo cools nor the engine in 30 minutes :) it takes almost 2 hours for the turbo to cool down.

It heats up more in the city, but since the distance is used shortly, it was not a problem, but it does not cause problems to the parts and cables around the good excessive heat.

mrb I also sold 1.4 hdi 307 mi, and switched to 1.6 hdi when i bought it when the heat shield was not in good condition I did not care but did not change it but when i pressed the vehicle a little on the long road ramp it started to smoke smoke from the front how did i intervene how did i interfere a god i know my first job when i return to Mersin Changing the heat shield was in a special service, and there were 2 engines with flames due to this type of problem, the masters showed me so I strongly recommend you to replace it.
