turbo drain

I got a zero turbo installed on my car one month ago. but I have been getting a hum from the car for the last 15 days. It's not like a turbo whistle. I know the turbo whistle very well because of my head burned because of it. master says, this turbo with drain! ??? I do not understand from the turbo, I just started using the turbo ... needed. why did this voice suddenly increase ????
