TRANSMISSION GOES INTO NEUTRAL WHEN COLD

Hello dear members, my car is a 2008 model 308 diesel semi-automatic. When I start the car in the morning, the gear always goes into neutral for the first 10 minutes. I give gas and it doesn't work. It fixes itself when I turn the ignition off and on. It does this 5-6 times in the morning. It doesn't give this error when the weather is hot either. After using it for a while, I use it as if there is no problem. If anyone can help, I would be very happy.
