My vehicle has a 2006 model vane with 307 SW automatic transmission, petrol + lpg. I had my transmission oil pressure measured; Output below 2.5. So it's at 2.45 and 2.40. There was stiffness in the gear shifts in my vehicle. The master said that the solenoid valves and gearbox should be replaced. My question is: is my oil pressure at this level necessarily related to solenoids or can it be related to oil? If I just change the oil, is there a chance that the problem will be improved? Or do I have to replace solenoids? Then it will be very expensive. About 900 TL. and how long does it take to change only oil? As a time.. |

The expected values for oil pressure in your vehicle are: Idle at N: 2,4 - 2,8 bar. Idling at D: 2.8 - 3.1 bar. Full power at 2200 rpm: 11.3 - 11.7 bar. Does your vehicle fail, does snow and sports lights flash or does Automatic Transmission Fault warning appear on the screen? |

There was no change in the way I was burning ... Yes, there is no problem when you fire and run. and not doing this event all the time ... |

I went while
was burning and there was no change ... yes there is no problem when you fire and run [/ QUOTE] We need to connect it to the computer and read the error code on the ECU. The error is probably "Intermittent fault. Pressure regulation fault, recommendation / variation". If this error exists, there are 5 different points for the source of the problem and all of them can cause this error. Starting from small (cheap), one will have to try and see one by one. This is also valid for the friend who asked the first question. Have you got it connected to the computer? Was there an error code or what? |
yes there was an error p0700 but ... [/ QUOTE] I guess this is an unread error with the peugeot planet 2000 system. I think I have mentioned it before, this error code only shows that there is a fault in the transmission system, but it does not give more detail. So it's like looking for needle in a haystack. You read the error in a place with peugeot planet 2000 system. |

It is fixed by experience.

I know that in automatic vehicles, when the gear is shifted to idle position, the pressure drops because of the lubrication is interrupted and it gives such warnings. If there is no problem while driving, there is no problem. For example, let's say you waited for 2 minutes while waiting at the traffic light in position d, if the warning is flashing or if the lights are blinking, it is useful to look at it, but if it is in position n, there is only problem.

Except for the oil pressure values I wrote above, it showed two transmission errors. these: 1- Automatic Transmission Calculator: Intermittent malfunction. Gearbox input speed signal malfunction. no signal 2- Automatic Transmission Calculator: Remote individual error. CAN engine torque information. No signal When the master saw that the oil pressure was at 2.40-45 at idle (he fell to 2.30 times 1-2 times while I couldn't see it ..) he said that the solenoid valves and transmission structure should be changed, and if it does not solve the problem, the hydraulic block should be changed. He said that the valves and the replacement will cost around 900 TL, and if the hydraulic block changes, it will cost around 1,500. Then when I showed it to another master, this master said that the oil pressure value was normal. When he lifted the vehicle and looked under it, he said that the problem was in the gearbox tab. My vehicle has stiffness and light knocks when shifting, and it also occasionally vibrates while the vehicle is idling. What is your opinion about the problem after all this? In the first place, I will change the gearbox tab. Because my vehicle is 61,000 km and used clean. It sounded like there might not be a problem. Also, there is no serious knock. There is a very light knock.

[/ QUOTE] Yes, as you said, the old solenoids come with the reference 2574.10 and are as in the first picture. There is, however, a new type of solenoid valve called the Borg Warner valve. As in the second picture. In the meantime, if Borg Warner type solenoid is installed, it is imperative that the ECU software be updated because the old software does not work with Borg Warner. Also, as you said, when there is a change, definitely new software should be thrown and new types of valves should be introduced. Therefore, I recommend performing solenoid valve replacement at AUTHORIZED SERVICE as special services cannot assign software. Of course, some special services can be made in the software, and they can be changed. Software is a must. best regards koliva brother (:

I guess he will say change the complete transmission. ![]() First you need to check the level of transmission oil. Excess fat is as harmful as low oil. It seemed more logical to me that what the second master said. If I was in place, I would have changed the transmission earpiece and the transmission oil, and I would check if the problem persists. If not, then we can go for more expensive solutions. |

Oh, there are no services, direct revision. I will write the book of al4 gearbox, Do not be afraid of revision to everything, usually without the need for revision, your transmission will recover from very small costs.

10 percent slope is enough, so go to a place like a retaining wall. When you walk 30 steps, it means the place with an estimated 3 meter level difference. If the pejo gear stops at the position where it is in the d position or misses back very slowly, it is perfect if it goes beyond normal :). friends I have done a research to summarize you. 1) You have to remove the vehicle from the torque converter as quickly as possible, the easiest way is to By pressing the gas very lightly at take-off, you can make the vehicle pass to 2 immediately. 2) Unless it is mandatory, drive with the gears at a maximum of 3000 revolutions. 3) Drive a little on triptronic. especially in our vehicles 4) Do not take it to the vehicle while driving, do not press the car, but do not press the gas but it is a problem to take it from n to d while driving at speed. 5) Change the gearbox oil every 2 years or 30-40 thousand. Mobile brand oil and book it at the services you will learn from this site. 6) If your vehicle gives a transmission error, do not heed what the service says and you will handle it well below the money requested by the service. 7) al4 transmissions are transmissions that can easily see 200 thousand, then you continue with revision. but be very careful with this article.

God bless you, good information. but I think the things I wrote are a little up in the air. still nobody said anything clear. If I can pack it like this: 1- Is oil pressure alternating between 2.40-2.50 normal? or does it indicate trouble? 2- On a hill like alisuat bey says, my car never misses, maybe it even goes forward. this was evidence that the transmission was good. but below 2.5, there are rumors that the solenoid valves should be replaced. With what information should I act? or how should I blend the two information? 3- Does the oil pressure decrease due to the bad gearbox oil? If it drops, will the transmission oil deteriorate at 60,000? likewise the valves are damaged in this km? Most of the masters considered it unlikely that such a thing would happen in this km. 4- A master I looked at yesterday lifted the vehicle and checked the transmission's thumb, and said it was the problem, that it had to change. The two masters I showed today said the ear was normal and sound. which one should I believe? Does the transmission have an effect on gear shifts when the ear of the gear is broken and the gears shifting at high revs and the vehicle shaking slightly while idling? 5- Finally, how much money and where can I get the gearbox oil and filter changed? I am on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
