Hello friends;
My vehicle is 206 with xt brnzin 2005!
It has been like 2 years since I bought my car, only the person I bought does not know when the timing has changed. According to the paper we have, 90 thousand or so has changed as a set.
I know it is incomprehensible without disassembling, but it will be understandable when it is time to make any sound! ??
Thanks

When you look at the timing belt, you can understand that if there is no deformed belt, I think there is no problem ...

When you go to the industry, if you tell the master, he only looks at it when a plastic cover is removed, it looks at the situation, cracking the belt, etc. if any, it is changed accordingly. You should feel comfortable waiting for the sound.

Timing change time for 206 1.4 hdi under difficult conditions is 180 thousand km / 10 years. I entered the chassis and looked at the servicebox. (It is not any authorized service that says this, it is direct peugeot)
If it has never changed, there are 180 thousand ways already :) I do not know my vehicle before but I will change when I approach 180 thousand just in case. You can enter the vehicle's chassis number in the servicebox and get information.

Thank you very much bro
I wrote 140 thousand because km is not 131000
Maintenance plan 1: says revisions and pollen filter replacement
Additional operations 5: rear brake drums
Brake fluid
Air filter
Timing belt
Combustion spark plugs
It turns out it is a little confused

I have put up to 180 thousand maintenance plans and additional operations. the timing seems to be an additional process even at 20 thousand km. my comment says that if you want peugeot you can change it additionally. When we reach 180 thousand km, it goes out of the process and goes into the maintenance plan. The meaning I got out of here should definitely be changed in 180 thousand.

vehicle age 8, hard conditions, 1.4 HDI, this is what I wrote for. everyone can have a different outcome for their car and its age. I have a km or year life for the timing, I said from it :)

20 thousand maintenance

20 thousand additional

40 thousand maintenance

40 thousand extra

60 thousand maintenance

60 thousand additional

80 thousand maintenance

80 thousand additional

100 thousand maintenance

100 thousand additional

120 thousand maintenance

120k additional

140 thousand maintenance

140 thousand additional

160 thousand maintenance

160 thousand additional

180 thousand maintenance

180 thousand additional

How many thousand km is shown in the maintenance plan? try them all one by one.
Look at the additional operations for each km, you have to change the timing every 20 thousand km.
look carefully at the last 2 pictures I shared, the timing is not in the addition process, in the maintenance plan :)

If there is always a doubt in it, change it and you will be comfortable: D

Sir, change the timing with the circulation, I think.
In case of malfunction, it can cost a lot of money.
My car 2004 model 1.4 hdi
The mileage is 390 000 but now it sounds like a shit to me.
My head is comfortable. I have also renewed the new one.

They said there was no problem in the timing, but the vehicle vibrates slightly when the vehicle is stopped. I think I'll have him look at it tomorrow!

I have the same vehicle, friend. The timing change in our vehicle is 80.000 km. no less than 2000 TL expense, no risk.

May Allah grant 390 thousand more insallah :)
Have you changed the bearings with the alternator belt? There is a bidet alternator box. Do you need bearings and boxes? It seems to me that belt + bearing make sense. Kutuk expensive puppy: D

My car 2006 1.4 hdi. At 14,500 km. When I bought my car 1, 5 years ago, the owner before me did not know when the triger had changed. I asked this to the mechanic. The room showed me the condition of the bearing that a Peugeot partner before me changed on the set of the timing. The belt was in good condition, but the bearing was making noise. He told me (the timing belt is replaced when it is not checked. Timing belt is unlike alternator belt, whether it has a crack or not. It probably breaks until it comes to that state).

Hello there,

Brother, when I bought the car last year, the person I bought had no information about the treger set changed or changed, I changed the car to 130 TL at 130,000 km, I am comfortable riding,
While escaping from 300, you should not leave 2,000

Sister hello 300 TL, I just changed the timing, I guess the circulation faln needs to change, they say it costs 700-800 workmanship or something

sonerkyl
No, if you add 700-800 TL into the maintenance, my teacher, I will tell you

1-timing set between 100-150 tl
2-rolled around 70-100 tl
3-v belt between 20-30 TL (the price of the billet must be 100-odd excluding the billet)
4-oil 4 liters 60-80 TL according to the brand
5-oil filter 20 tl - air 20 tl - pollen 20 tl - fuel filter 20- diesel should be around 80
6-drink between 200-300 TL

If you give 300 TL in workmanship, you will make 740, I wrote high prices, these prices may increase or decrease according to the part you receive.
