Hello there. I searched and examined all the topics, but it is a little different from us.

206- 1.4 gasoline lpg. 75 hp. 8 v. 2006 model.

You look at it once a month while it goes smoothly, the malfunction light turned on, the fan turned on the 2nd stage and the gas does not react. Electronic servo throat butterfly. not wired ... shows throat butterfly failure as error code.
Even if you hit the gas, the vehicle is not going.

you turn off the ignition and wait. Sometimes it passes sometimes it does not. Now I have become a specialist.
Somebody is sitting inside. I look at it when the ignition first turns on, there is a notch on the back of the throat butterfly. When I press the gas at half contact, I can see if the butterfly inside is activated from the back side. I never start in vain. turn off the ignition again and two or three minutes. I am waiting. the vehicle should go to sleep. Then, when he turns the ignition halfway on, he shows himself. Let's say like the initial setup.

I scattered it all back and collected it ... some metal powder was spilled, but the overall look is nice. The vehicle is still at 110k. original km.

How many times did we do the adaptation or something .. no. it does not change .... it does not work for weeks ... then you are looking at it, it cut off the gas on the way to the road ... sometimes during the first start in the morning ..

Sorry I tried to explain in detail it was long. but I haven't seen any similar problems in my research. how do we solve it? What we do? is it certain butterfly?

Since your throat butterfly is not wired, its mechanical part may look solid. So it can mislead you.
In fact, the electronic throat butterfly is a potentiometer. In other words, it is like the turntable volume up button on the tapes. The more you turn, the more sound it opens.
If you think with the same logic, the more you press the gas, the more butterfly it opens. So, first of all, remove and insert the socket from the gas pedal and check the cables. Measure with a multimeter or have it understood. the value in the multimeter should change as you look at the gas.

Should I measure the pedal and throat future with a multimeter?
potentiometers so?

Will we measure ohmaj?
thank you.

In fact, the vehicle also lights up the charge lamp in the meantime .... I wonder if it has anything to do with it .. though it does not happen when the charge burns ... the charging lamp also improves at the first stop and restart. charge measurement is also normal ... charging. stable.

In my throat butterflies, the potentiometer is very sensitive. Let me tell you within my knowledge. There are wires in the potentiometer in time due to dust dirt decay and wear. There should be wires in cleaning. There are 6 of these wires, I think I do not remember right now. All of them are equal to one deviation, I mean, throw the butterfly throat to the trash, I tried to repair it a lot, but I have to throw it in the trash last time. When I wrote that it was like a short article about butterfly bogazi istiyorum I want to repair it, you have a backup first

Yes, you need to measure the potentiometer. How many ohms should have been when ohm was on while off, but I don't remember now.
I agree with Ismail Kaya because it is a very sensitive piece.
