I shot the video at the address above, this is the sound from my vehicle. Turning the steering wheel to the right or to the left increases even more.

I think the belts need a little bit of tension :) there is a light gap and generally the belts make this sound when steering the steering wheel like this.

Check the steering oil, if it is missing, turn the steering wheel fully to the right and left several times while the oil cap is open.
