There is humming in the Peugeot 307? (Hydraulic Steering

There is a hum in the car. It is mostly heard when driving on slow and quiet roads or when the car is running and in parked state. A light but very disturbing sound. As if you were going on an airplane .. & nbsp; When the steering wheel moves, the sound actually increases and decreases, that is, it fluctuates. Did anyone have the same problem? What is the solution?
