There is a noise like a bed creak under the vehicle

Hello friends, when I start my car for the first time and during shifts, it sounds like a creak of a cot. as if the engine is shaking and the sound is coming, I would be glad if you help.

bed creak usually comes from the spare wheel but i don't know where to spare in 307 :)

There is no spare wheel in the vehicle, there is an LPG tank but it does not come from there.

comes from exhaust. from manifold connection.
