Hello, I got the multimedia system for my 2011 Peugeot 207cc. I didn't cut any wires and just plugged in the sockets. Afterwards, the trunk lock and unlock didn't work. I had the multimedia system installed, but the problem didn't go away. I checked the fuses and replaced the trunk release switch and the trunk lock, but that didn't work. When connected to the computer, it just says the trunk lock is disabled. Thankfully, when I hold down the trunk button with the key, it unlocks completely, but if I unlock the doors, the trunk remains locked and won't open. So, to open the trunk at the mall entrance, I have to stop the car, remove the key, and press the trunk button. If I engage the central locking, the trunk lock doesn't open. If I leave the trunk open, it shows a trunk open warning. They said the BSI will be formatted, but they don't say for sure. What could be the reason?
