Hello. The apparatus in the middle of the tire and the jack in the middle of the tire, which is also visible in the photos, seem to be standing idle. As such, it makes a rattling sound in jerky situations. I tried to tighten it with the strap on it, but in vain. Especially the jack seems pretty idle. Is there something missing or is this normal? If there is a missing piece, I will complete it. Otherwise, I will go to fixation with my own means. I'd appreciate it if you could help.

Hello My car's spare tire is in the same condition, I wrapped it with bubble wrap, it worked.
