The Peugeot Partner's fan keeps running. Outside temperature...

My 2014 Partner Tepee is constantly running, even on the first start, and it doesn't stop until it goes into battery protection mode after I turn off the ignition, for about 15 minutes. This is draining and straining my battery. I researched and found that my outside temperature sensor wasn't working; I replaced it and cleared the error, but it didn't fix the problem. We still haven't been able to get the outside temperature displayed on the screen.
