Firstly, get well soon. The same happened in my front passenger section. It is useful to remove the door trim and check the underside of the white polyethylene insulation. If it is dismantled or opened, it can take water from here in heavy rains. I think the problem will be solved if you stick these openings with silicone. Mine was done like this. There is also a water drain hole on the underside of the doors, there is a possibility that it may be clogged.

I recommend you to look at the door wicks, if not, if the water drain holes in the door are clogged, and if there is a sunroof.
