The kite sound when the clutch is not pressed ??

Hello friends, I have 98 model 306 Griffie. It is not a sound, but I want my car to be like a watch. This sound is disturbing. I asked a few of my friends, someone said of the clutch balls, and another said they could be from the gearbox syncromes gears. What is the problem? Also, since I noticed this problem, the car has started to feel like sometimes the car does not eat gas. My car is LPG.
