I usually travel like 4 km by car and here it is cold in the daytime -5 degrees maybe more, I want help from knowledgeable friends thanks in advance.

It is normal that the vehicle does not heat up at 4 km. But if it does not exceed 70 degrees for longer trips, your thermostat is a summer thermostat. If you want it to warm up, you will replace the thermostat with a winter thermostat. |

Since my car is 80 at 30 km, it is quite normal that it does not exceed 70i at 4 km. The newspaper makes sense :)
