Hello friends. I pulled the parking brake of my car with anger. And frozen in the cold. I had to travel for 2 km compulsorily. An abs lamp was lit along the road. It says abs fault on the screen. I pulled the car to the garage now. Does this lamp spontaneously end when the parking brake defrosts? Or did we get a breakdown or something?

the reason why the rear brakes are freezing is that the parking brake wire freezes. The wire passes through a channel while using the vehicle and freezes when it parks at night as water enters this channel. I hope the sensors are not broken. I don't think there will be a problem.

I don't think there will be a problem. Do not apply the hand brake in cold weather enough to keep ice, leave the vehicle in gear, you will not have such problems.

Thank you, teacher for the answers. In the morning, while I was going, I looked at the hand brake, but the abs light continues to burn. I did not move by car. Hopefully the lamp will go out after moving a little.

If you check if the abs is activated, if the abs light is already on, the fault code is deleted and if it comes on again, look for a good driver.

Sir, sorry, the answer was a little late. I moved only 20 meters with the car and the lamp went out. Abs works smoothly.
