2009 model 1.4 comfort sedan with 206. My car turns on the fan 3 minutes after it stops. At the same time, the sound comes from the fuse box, as if something was working. I have a PC connected to the cooling unit error. It writes minus 40 degrees. I couldn't solve the problem after all. Help please.

Replace FAN Relays first or someone who knows may have made oxidation or something

Normally, 1 minute after switching off the ignition, it should cut off all electricity and switch to stand by mode.
