The car stalled while emitting smoke

Hello friends, my car is a 2001 206 automatic. The car has LPG. I started the car and drove for 2 km. I slowed down when passing a bump and then pressed the gas pedal. But something I've never encountered before happened: even though I pressed the gas pedal, the car didn't rev, slowed down, and stalled with a lot of white smoke coming out of the exhaust. I didn't drive through a puddle or hit the bottom. I saw the battery light come on 1-2 seconds before stopping. The coolant temperature was 70 degrees when this happened. The head gasket was changed last year (it didn't overheat, I just changed it because it might have been burnt, it was fine when I opened it and checked), and all major maintenance was done last year. It has never been driven without antifreeze. The car now has 135,000 km and I was going to change the oil, but it's been over a year (7,000 km since the oil change). The car is running now, but I haven't tried to start it. What do you think could have happened? I'm thinking the engine is flooded, but I don't think there's an ignition fault or water mixing with the oil. When I looked at the expansion tank, I saw that the water was brownish in color, but there was no foam. I wonder what the problem is. I'm waiting for your answers, thank you in advance.
