Good morning, good luck to everyone.
Friends 5 months ago, the 60-amp battery I bought from the happy battery was discharged 12 times during this time. I couldn't have done these tests at the authorized service, but the last time I looked for the place I bought when the battery ran out, they said the battery was empty, there was a leak, they filled it free of charge and brought it for about 2 weeks. No, for example, the flashers stay on for 5 minutes. The car did not work.
The last time they came, the tape or the lights remained on or there was a leak, they said my car is 307 xt premium and you know, these vehicles will shut off all the electricity half an hour after it is locked and when you see that the battery is weak It turns on the vehicle does not do that anymore, it ate the head because of this battery but the happy battery is not interested in it. Please help me.
It's been a little long. Don't look at how you should follow.

They have a 2-year warranty and if the battery is defective, they have to replace it with a new one. If you have a warranty certificate, ask for the replacement of the battery with a new one.

As far as I know, there are no 75 amp batteries. 72 amps but 60 or 72 does not matter. Just 72 shortening the starting time of amps. 60 amps has nothing to do with the discharge of the battery. If the battery is faulty, request replacement. "Smile" < br>

They do not accept the request for change, they said that they have a stronger battery that is said to be in the service here, 75, I think they said that they will be mounted on vehicles with high electrical components because they have a higher capacity. I will apply for the last resort consumer rights or something. Buy zero batteries to spend the winter comfortably and become worse than the old battery.

There is a department in the municipalities dealing with consumer rights and they show problems. Go there with the warranty document. Describe the situation. Don't crush yourself. >

not sure but white table (for istanbul) & nbsp; may be interested with this issue. It wouldn't be bad if you call and ask a question and try your luck. When you apply for consumer rights, I know that they will be a member of the association and they will receive you money for membership. & nbsp;

[/ QUOTE]

In addition, there are only white bulbs, there is no supplement other than it. Everything the original is not doing this problem in another battery anyway, but they did not accept it anyway the battery is faulty

I called the happy battery customer service, they will send the service tomorrow and they will do the control if the problem arises in the battery, they will change according to them (which is not the case) if not, they will not be able to insist that if the problem is compiled in the vehicle, I will show you the paper.

I would personally mess around in such a situation "Big "LOL" The battery will be faulty and will not replace it. They do not need to resist so much for a battery. My interlocutor is the place where I get the battery, if there is a problem, I'll crash on the top. "Big I also use happy silver 60 amp batteries .4-5 months it has got off. "Smile"

By looking at the production date while buying the battery Let's know that the batteries sold 6 months past the date of manufacture are not guaranteed. Let's not get the battery.

is the battery defective? or is there a leakage in your vehicle? If you find that your vehicle is healthy leak-proof, they will have to replace your battery with a new one based on the invoice.

I think it should be pressed firmly because it has a consumer right and we can take advantage of those rights, you follow the prosecution exactly.

[QUOTE = ezelefe] 1 year ago I bought a battery in varta.I changed 60 amps and got 74 amps.
At the end of 1 year, the battery ran out. I went to the place where I bought it, I said the problem is that it looked, they gave a new zero battery, they said the battery was faulty.

If you buy the battery that has been on the shelf for 6 months, it is very likely to fail. "Smile"

The difference between the date of production and the duration of use should not exceed 6 months.

The longer the battery waits on the shelf, the sooner its life ends. "Wink"
