Greetings to all. 2004 1.6 XT Premium I own automatic. I came home last night and parked the car. Although I removed the key, the battery lamp was stuck on as if the key was in position 1. The automatic headlights did not go out and the car was not locked from the control. I tampered with it everywhere but I couldn't find the problem. Then I discovered something. When I turn on the roof lamp of the car, the battery light goes out and the car returns to normal. However, the ceiling lamp stays on very slightly. When I turn off the lamp, the battery light turns on again and the car neither locks nor unlocks, but I can lock it with a key. I took it to the electrician today to see if water has entered the brain, but there is no water, and everything seems normal. What do you think is the source of the problem? Thank you

Hello, hello. The problem is most likely, is there an electrical system installed in the vehicle after the priority such as fuse box or chassis? sound system - xenon etc.

There is a bi-Xenon system with lens attached afterwards, but I showed it to 3 places and said that there is no problem with xenon. They say the brain will change, but there is no function that does not work in the vehicle while driving or while standing. There is a problem when I just remove the key and I tried to disconnect the xenos already and it did not improve again.

Most likely from the fuse box.

How could there be a problem in the fuse box? I had the water checked. Could an insurance blow out? Would it cause something like that, I don't know

There is a possibility that it is from the brain, but I think the problem may be in the contact system. I suggest you find a good auto electronics guy, not an electrician, and they test the brain. if there is no problem, they will turn to the contact part.

How can they test the brain? 2 of the 3 places where I took the vehicle, the brain will change without looking at it, I don't want it to change, it seems like a simpler thing, it seems to me that everything turns back to normal, only the doors are locked and not opened.

If they say change immediately, it is good to introduce immo, etc. a lot of work is going on. As I said, my teacher does this by auto electronics dealers. You have to go and get the price. Generally, they will cost between 200-500 TL to be repaired.

if there is a problem in the ceiling lamp, can there be a problem with the system that locks the system.

Have you checked the ceiling lamp and fuse? For example, remove the bulb and observe the situation. Like seeing the status of the insurance ..

Even if the problem is in the brain, there are places that repair it, if not, if they stay at them, they change it immediately. I don't think it will be a very important problem as an expense. It is necessary to have a person check the places that can do this problem, respectively.

Your fault is caused by BSI module. The chassis is that you do not need to investigate this. The ceiling lamp output inside the module is defective. When the contact is closed, the output doors are united and they cannot go to sleep mode. You can have it repaired by an experienced autoelectronics master.
