Good evening, when I was running in my car for a long time in cold weather, the belt would make a noise for a while and cut the sound when it got hot. At the first start, the steering wheel hardened for 1-2 seconds and returned to normal. Recently, this belt does not remain silent even though the engine is warming, it makes continuous sound. I showed the master today, the tensioner ball is gone, he said the piece. When I went to the service and heard the price of the complete part, I was shocked and said 250 lira Wall Is the condition that the tension ball passes through does not change with the break? Let me state that my timing belt had changed 25,000 km ago

I found a 306 video on Youtube. The user is also supported and asked from the trigger belt. Finally, the problem was in the tension of the aux belt. See if your voice is the same voice?

No, the voice in me has nothing to do with it. I do the classic squeaking directly or the strap sounds like that. As soon as the engine is running, it starts to sound as soon as it starts up, it does not idle when it gets a little warm, but it burns as it is loaded into the gas. The master checked and even showed me the tensioner ball pulley when he pressed the gas. when working at idle, it is obvious that the pulley rotates as if it is not fixed but intermittent knock when turning the screwdriver to the fixed hub of the pulley and placing our ear on the head of the screwdriver. Would it be a solution to just change the ball?

hello brother
I had the same problem when I just bought the vehicle
the tensioner ball was coming from the crank pulley in the sound that broke the crank pulley
both the crankshaft pulley and the tensioner ball have changed
Tension ball I brought it to 240 TL, crank pulley 130 TL
I was shocked when I saw the same tension ball for 130 lira on a site on the internet.
If you haven't received, message me and I'll give you the address of that website
my car is 306 1.8 xr what is your vehicle?

Brother, be sure to pay attention to the piece you will buy. After 2 days, god guard belt throws valves if you break the cabin, you will block the engine. No wonder from the original piece. I think the ones on this site are original. Check it out, though. Get well soon...

[QUOTE = STALLONE] my brother, with the v-belt of the problem (he says) (tells) (take it), change the belt, then change the belt so much, what is the need for money?

brother, these cars are not hawk eagles but the belt is singing on them
v belt transfers the power from the crank pulley 1- altarnator 2 - steering pump 3- to the air conditioner engine and the tensioner ball 4- I tightly stretch the v-belt, which means the picture I gave above, goes to 5 pulleys in total. I do not think that in this kind of car, the sound of the v-belt will come from my belt. Because the v-belt was attached to my car, the tensioner ball was broken and it also broke the crank pulley.

I did not look at the tensioner ball that came out of it, I did not look at what the brand was bought anyway, they had already brought it from konya. My car was at the beginning when the car repairer was being made.

With a little research on the internet about the brand, you can understand how serious it is

Schaeffler Group

One of the world's largest manufacturers of clutch pressure pads and balls. You can find detailed information about the company, which includes three giant names such as Luk, Ina and Fag, on their brand's websites (fag.de) (ina.de) (luk.com) or the group's own site (schaefflergroup.com).

friends, I opened the same topic 2 years ago, we detected and solved the problem. As you guessed, the sound is caused by the alternator tension ball (bearing). 2 years ago, I bought the original from peugeot authorized dealer (Antakya) to 85 tl. Either the prices have risen or someone is trying to throw a lot of money! by the way my car is pug 206. seyhanak 2011-02-26 12:23:20

Seyhanak brother 250 lira is a piece that I think is a little big piece with an extension towards the bottom that also contains the bearing. Can you show how exactly the tensioner ball bearing is?

I specifically quoted the above picture because we are talking about the same part.

Thank you bro, the sound of that sound in the correct discourse means that the belt is missing.

my stallone timing belt changed 20,000 km ago, it's okay. seyhanak brother, is there any bigger part of this tensioner ?? In the service I asked for the price, they showed the piece from the graphic image of the engine on the computer, it was a big piece with more extension at the bottom and they said the price was 250. Isn't that the piece I got for the price?

brother, you get a price from another dealer! There must be a mistake in the alternator tensioner bearing can not be so expensive ...

okay he wrote something by heart 1. the v-belt in every car is not connected to the air conditioner compressor normally there is no such thing. If he did not come, he would throw 1-2 teeth, then he would break a nice valve, he would carve the cylinder head, then sing the folk, it is not possible to come from the timing of the sound, but the v-belt does not move in the things you wrote (in every car).
