Temperature problem

friends, my car is 1.6 petrol. The temperature was constantly rising to 100 and occasionally 110. The excuse changed, the result is the same. The thermostat is pierced, the result is the same. We inserted the thermostat completely. The average does not exceed 95 degrees. But I don't know what happens in hot weather. No problem in fan opening. How do we fix this to 90? My master says the last care radiator will change. Like new in the radiator

there may be air in the system. the thermostat may be faulty. the temperature sensor may be faulty.
