The values you said are normal, my 206 is always the same. I changed it from the radiator to the fan sensors, from the fan relays, the fan resistor, the circulation pump to the hoses. water reduction etc. otherwise it can be up to 110 in congested traffic. it falls off when it moves. Even the weather has cooled down to 70. When it stops, it will increase to 90 and 110 levels again.
