Temperature 70 degrees ...

Greetings ... I have a 2004 model partner 2.0 hdi vehicle, the temperature gauge always keeps slightly below 70 degrees while driving, it is only around 85 degrees in congested traffic and idling. Is this normal or is it a messenger of a problem?
Note: Timing set and naturally changed thermostat ...

With the timing, the circulation varies, not the thermostat. The problem you mentioned seems to be a thermostat problem. Your thermostat may be constantly open.

The indicator may be showing a little low. Normally the first stage fan (slow stage) turns on at 95 degrees and the second stage fan (speed fan) turns on at 105 degrees. Connect it to the computer and check if the display and actual temperature are the same.
It probably looks a little low.
